This website has a good amount of information about a variety of topics specifically relevant to young people with type 1 diabetes including drugs and alcohol, going out and what to expect when you transition to adult services. It also has links to social media channels.

A Scottish-based website created by 16-25 years olds for that age group and backed by Diabetes UK. Deals with topics of interest to older teens and young adults, including information on issues such as alcohol, tattoos & piercings and sex. Received a 'highly-commended' in the QiC Awards 2014.
